A Positive Image
At West Leeming Primary School we believe our school uniform plays an important role in promoting a positive image and creating a sense of identity amongst students.
The Uniform Shop is proudly operated by our P&C through the generosity of volunteers. If you would like to offer your assistance or have any queries please contact them via email.
West Leeming Primary School P&C utilise Quickcliq as an online ordering system, which is a safe and convenient way to order uniforms online. Orders can be placed online at any time; to ensure collection/delivery is ready on time your order must be completed by 5pm Monday (of the same week). Your order will then be delivered to your child’s class or will be available for you to collect from the uniform Shop on Friday morning.
The Uniform Shop is open every Friday from 8:30am – 9:00am and is located in the undercover area. During this time you may try on items before placing an online order, purchase SECOND HAND items (CASH ONLY) and pick up online orders. Please note that we are closed on the last Wednesday of each term for stock take.

The changeover is expected to occur over a 4 year period, from 2022 to 2025. Families have the option of either purchasing new uniform design items or remaining with the previous design during this period (if stock quantities allow). Pre Primary families have the option to buy the new everyday polo shirt or continue with the current shirt until 2026. The Kindergarten t-shirt remains unchanged.

If you would like a refund for new clothing items we need the items returned to the Uniform Shop with a completed refund form.

- Goods must be returned to the Uniform Shop within two weeks of the order date.
- All items must be returned to the Uniform Shop in their original packaging/with the tags attached.
- Goods must be accompanied with a copy of your Quickcliq tax invoice or Quickcliq order confirmation as proof of purchase (these can be obtained by logging into your Quickcliq account).
- A refund form is to accompany the goods with your details (including bank account) for the refund to be paid via EFT into a nominated bank account by the P&C Treasurer. Please note the EFT refund may take up to two weeks to be processed. Refund forms are available on the school website and from the Uniform Shop in person or via email.
No refunds are offered for second hand items.
Exchanges
We will happily exchange items should you purchase the incorrect size.
- Goods must be returned to the Uniform Shop within four weeks of the order date.
- All items must have the tags attached/be in original packaging.
- Goods must be accompanied with a copy of your Quickcliq tax invoice or Quickcliq order confirmation as proof of purchase (these can be obtained by logging into your Quickcliq account).
Second Hand Clothing
