The Department of Education has introduced Compass, a new online system designed to make communication between schools and families easier and more effective. Through Compass, parents can access important information such as attendance, events, and school updates in one secure place. This system is part of the Kaartdijin solution, which is being implemented across all public schools to create a consistent and reliable way for families to stay connected. Compass can be accessed through any modern web browser or by downloading the Compass School Manager app for iOS or Android.
At this stage, parents and guardians of West Leeming Primary School students will be able to use Compass to:
• View up-to-date class and school attendance information
• Approve or enter upcoming or past absences for your child
• View the school calendar
• Access the school newsletter
